“The sea is one and so are we” proposes a powerful fictitious visual image that combines a message that leads to a proposal that symbolizes the sea not only as a territory for yachts and luxury boats but also as a way for refugees to find new hope for a better life.

Together with Schwalgien Yacht Design, IED Barcelona, and SiOCAST embarked on a unique endeavor that involved crafting miniature versions of mini life jackets for them. These mini life jackets were used for a diorama art installation that would convey a powerful message.

A glimpse into our manufacturing workflow

Behind the artistic transformation of life jackets into wearable masterpieces lies a manufacturing process that showcases SiOCAST's unparalleled speed and efficiency.

Our team seamlessly coordinated every step, spending one labor day of 8 hours to bring this remarkable project to life. Within this timeframe, we injected an impressive 4000 miniature life jackets, dedicating 5 hours to the meticulous injection process.

The journey started with 30 minutes to create the silicone mold and we devoted an additional 2 hours for vulcanization, ensuring the highest safety standards. Completing the mold-making cycle in 2 hours and 30 min.
