This unique and patented process represents a revolution in the manufacture of small and medium series of small plastic pieces due to the quality and level of detail that is achieved, the low launching costs and the production speed. Those features are the result of the development of the SiOCAST team in the use of High Temperature-vulcanized silicone molds, a new injection process and a thermoplastic resin of great properties specifically designed for this process.
