One of the services we offer and especially recommend, is testing our quality and seeing how your miniatures are cast with the system by hiring the Test Mold. From your metal, resin, or 3D printed masterpieces, we realize the mold and send you the minis cast with SiOCAST.
How does it work?
STEP 1: Send the files (Stl, photos, pdf, whatever) via a download link
Step 2: An evaluation of your parts is done by our team to see the limitations of the design and size of your different products. Instructions are given if modifications have to be made like parts split or design modifications. If the parts are too different, maybe we need to make two molds.
Step 3. The mold is made and a set of a maximum of 10 sprues is delivered to your door.
Two options are proposed:
- Make a mold with different pieces from your collection to see how each one adapts to the system.
- Make a production mold where a single piece from 8 to 16 pieces depending on the size is molded and the idea of its actual production would be achieved.
An evaluation of your parts is done to see the limitations of design and size of your different products. The customer receives a recommendation of products to cast which are the most representative to see the detail of the system in them.

- Make a production mold where from a single piece from 8 to 16 pieces depending on the size are molded and the idea of its actual production would be is achieved.
